More than just internet safety, SafeKids.com has lots of information for novice and expert alike. Operated by the Online Safety Project, this site covers such areas as children's computer use and safety, teen safety on the internet, how a computer affects family interactions and computer current events. The site includes a catchy little song by "Daffey Dave" entitled The Safe Kids Online Song.

Larry Magid has many articles of interest, and is heard on radio as well. As a self-proclaimed ACLU member, he may not hold the same values and beliefs as many homeschoolers, but he does seem to want to make the internet experience a safe one for children and families. A Safe Kids newsletter is available. a place for technical questions, and other computer resources are available.

SafeKids.com is a good resource families concerned with internet safety for their loved ones.
